2. About This Site
Roaring Sensei is a personal content and community platform. This is not an official GameStop or PSA property. Roaring Sensei operates independently — all views, results, and decisions are solely those of the host.
Sponsorship disclosure: Some live stream events may be sponsored by GameStop. Where a stream is sponsored, this is disclosed clearly on the relevant event page and on stream. GameStop does not control or influence the outcome, rules, or operations of any event hosted by Roaring Sensei.
3. Pack Booking Service
3.1 Pack bookings cover the service of having a GameStop Power Pack opened live on stream on your behalf. The PSA-graded card revealed is yours to keep.
3.2 Prices are stated in USD. A processing fee may apply as shown at checkout.
3.3 Card delivery timescales are estimates and subject to external factors including GameStop and PSA processing times.
3.4 Refund requests are considered at our discretion and must be submitted before the pack is opened on stream. No refunds are available after your pack has been opened.
4. Tournament Entries
4.1 By registering for any tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
4.2 Participation is open to those aged 18 or over worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. Tournament events are paid product experiences (you receive a PSA-graded card) and are not lotteries or games of chance under UK, US, or Canadian law.
4.3 Your entry fee covers one Pokémon Power Pack of the tier specified for that event, opened live on stream on your behalf. The PSA-graded card revealed is yours to keep — win or lose. Your card will be transferred to your PSA Vault within approximately 6 weeks of the stream date, subject to PSA processing times.
4.4 Tournament-specific details — format, entry fee, prizes, heats, and any floor values — are published individually for each event. Prizes vary per event, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.5 All card values are determined live using the Power Packs platform and Card Ladder valuation. This is the sole and binding source of truth for all results. The host's decision on any result or tie-break is final and cannot be appealed.
4.6 One entry per person per event. Multiple entries using different details will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all fees paid.
4.7 You must hold an active PSA Collectors account with a valid PSA Vault to receive your card. Providing false or unverifiable PSA account details will result in disqualification.
4.8 If an event is cancelled before it takes place, a full refund (excluding third-party processing fees) will be issued within 14 days. Withdrawal requests before the stream date are at the host's discretion. No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled stream time. Chargebacks initiated after a pack has been opened will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may be contested.
4.9 The host reserves the right to disqualify any participant without refund for: providing false registration details; abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour toward the host or other participants; initiating a chargeback after the pack has been opened; or any conduct deemed dishonest or harmful to the integrity of the stream.
4.10 All events are broadcast live on YouTube and may be recorded, clipped, and shared on social media. By participating, you consent to your registered name and social media handle being referenced on stream and in associated content produced by Roaring Sensei. You will not be personally filmed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to: submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; harass, threaten, or abuse other users or the site operator; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any part of the site or its services; or engage in any conduct that could expose us to legal liability.
We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders from anyone who breaches these conditions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, videos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Roaring Sensei unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
GameStop and PSA names, logos, and branding are the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 We do not provide financial or investment advice. Collectible market values are volatile and subject to change. Nothing on this site should be taken as a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
7.2 Past card values shown on this site are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future results.
7.3 We are not responsible for the quality, grading decisions, pricing, or policies of GameStop, PSA, or any other third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roaring Sensei's liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from your use of this site or its services.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence. Users in the United States and Canada retain any rights afforded to them under applicable local law, and the governing law clause above does not waive those rights.

United States (California): Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of personal information.
