Your Power Pack card lives in the PSA Vault in Delaware by default. That's great for storage, insurance, and climate control — but at some point, you might want the slab physically in your hand. This guide covers every step of getting your card out of the vault and onto your desk, wherever in the world you are.
Shipping Is Available Worldwide
You can ship a Power Pack card to any address in the world. Fees vary by destination and are set at checkout when you request withdrawal.
| Destination | Withdrawal Fee (per item) | Shipping Fee (per shipment) | Total per card |
|---|---|---|---|
| US domestic | $1.99 | $5.99 | $7.98 |
| Canada | $1.99 | $24.99 | $26.98 |
| International (all other countries) | $1.99 | $31.99 | $33.98 |
A base withdrawal fee of $1.99 per item applies on top of the shipping fee. The shipping fee covers up to 50 cards per shipment — so if you've got multiple slabs in the vault, you can batch them into a single withdrawal and pay one shipping fee (though the $1.99 withdrawal fee applies to each card individually). Rates are subject to change — always check the fee shown at checkout before you confirm.
The Withdrawal Process
- Log in to your PSA Vault dashboard
- Select the card(s) you want shipped — you can select multiple for a single shipment
- Confirm your shipping address — make sure it's current
- Pay the shipping fee at checkout
- Wait for processing — PSA typically processes within a few business days
- Receive a tracking number when it ships
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Processing time (before it ships): a few business days. PSA needs to pull the slab, pack it, and hand it to the carrier.
Transit time by destination:
- US: 3–7 business days once dispatched
- Canada: 7–14 business days typically
- UK, EU, Australia, rest of world: 1–3 weeks depending on carrier and customs
International shipments can be delayed at customs — that's outside PSA's or GameStop's control. Build in extra time if you're expecting a card for a specific date.
Customs and Import Duties (International Buyers)
If you're shipping to a country outside the US, you may be liable for import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by your country's customs service. These are separate from the Power Packs shipping fee and aren't pre-paid.
- UK buyers: Expect VAT (currently 20%) on the declared value, plus a courier handling fee (usually around £8–£12)
- EU buyers: VAT applies on arrival, typically 19–25% depending on country, plus handling
- Canadian buyers: GST/PST/HST depending on province, plus carrier handling fees
- Australia: GST (10%) plus handling
Your courier will usually contact you before delivery to collect the duty payment. Budget for this in advance — a $500 card shipped to the UK could attract £100+ in VAT plus a handling fee.
Insurance and Damage in Transit
Every shipment from the PSA Vault is professionally packed and insured in transit:
- Slabs are packed to survive normal postal handling
- The full declared value is covered against loss or damage
- If a card arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, you have a claim route
If your card arrives damaged, photograph the packaging immediately before fully unpacking, then contact Power Packs support through your account. Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved — it's evidence.
Should You Ship or Keep It Vaulted?
Ship it if:
- You want to display it physically
- You're planning to trade or sell locally (not via PSA)
- The card is modest in value (sub-$100) — the shipping fee isn't a big % of the card
- You have a secure, climate-controlled storage setup at home
Keep it vaulted if:
- The card is high-value ($500+) — storage at PSA is safer and insured
- You're planning to sell through Instant Buyback, PSA Offers, or eBay via PSA — all need the card vaulted
- You live in a humid or temperature-unstable environment
- You don't want the hassle of handling a slab worth more than your phone
For any card pulled from a Platinum, Diamond, or Lunar pack, the default advice is: keep it vaulted unless you have a specific reason to ship it. The vault is genuinely safer than most homes.
Shipping Multiple Cards Together
Batching saves money. One shipment covers up to 50 cards and you pay a single shipping fee — though the $1.99 per item withdrawal fee still applies to each card. If you've got three cards to ship internationally:
- Three separate shipments: (3 × $1.99 withdrawal) + (3 × $31.99 shipping) = $101.94
- One combined shipment: (3 × $1.99 withdrawal) + (1 × $31.99 shipping) = $37.96
Wait until you've got a batch built up, then request one withdrawal for all of them to save on the per-shipment shipping fee.
What About Cards Pulled on a Roaring Sensei Stream?
If you book a pack with me and want the card shipped home rather than transferred to your PSA Vault, that's possible — just let me know at booking or after the reveal. The shipping fees and timelines above still apply. Most viewers opt for the vault-to-vault transfer first and then decide later whether to ship, so they keep all options open.
